With me here is Officer Scott Randall. Scott exemplifies community policing and the professionalism of York's entire Police force. Of course he'll issue a speeding ticket if you earn it, or worse if need be, so you've been warned! But he'll also be the first one there to help you whenever he can. On this day he was keeping the members of the Old York Garden Club safe from traffic at the Soldiers' Memorial.
