Mother Nature may be hitting us with never-ending nor'easters, but summer will be here before you know it!

Here Dan Kingsbury and Jim Dube are getting our old parking meters cleaned, lubricated and ready for the season.

There is a ballot question to see if the voters will replace the last of these old meters with new kiosks on the southern end of Long Sands (see Article 58). Even if approved, you'll see these old meters out there for a little while longer - it takes a couple months to get those kiosks built and delivered.
