I'm here with Terry Pirini, the Town's realtor, as we close the sale of one of the Town's surplus properties.

It's surprising how many properties the Town has acquired over the years, and Terry is helping the Board of Selectmen sell the properties we don't need. Including this sale, Terry has brought in over $600,000 to the Town and returned 11 properties to the tax rolls.
