Joel Lefever has been the Executive Director of the Old York Historical Society since 2012. The Town and Old York have a wonderful relationship that goes back much farther.

Recently Joel and I have been discussing the terms to renew Old York's lease of the Old Gaol, shown here in the background of our selfie. What? You didn't know the Town actually owns the Old Gaol? Well, just think of it as York's first police station!
