With the first snows of the season already falling, it seems like a great opportunity to get a selfie with Liz Hayden.  Liz is the voice on the other end of the phone when you call Public Works, and she’ll greet you in the office if you climb that long flight of stairs.  In addition to being a wonderful person with a great sense of humor, Liz is a customer service superstar and she knows how to get things done.  I usually speak with her at least a couple times a week, and I smile every time I do because Liz is a joy to work with!
