1. York Land Trust Management Plan for Highland Farms
The York Land Trust presented their Management Plan for Highland Farms that involves 2 key components- 1) Public Access and 2) Restoration and Management of habitat for New England Cottontail
2. The Board conducted public hearings on the following items
· Catherine Bass dba Sea Bass Cottage Inn (Bed and Breakfast) –Ms. Bass decided to not pursue the license and therefore the public hearing was cancelled

3. The following licenses were approved for 2010

4. Discussion on Agamenticus School House
The Board voted to deny the request from the Friends of the Agamenticus School House to put a warrant article on the May Ballot to asking voters to approve $125,000 in preservation funds for the purchase and rehabilitation of the Mt Agamenticus School House.
5. e-Trans Proposal for ETC
The Board moved to accept the written proposal from the e-Trans Group in an amount not to exceed $15,000 to advise the town of York regarding electronic toll collection systems planning and operations as a means to develop an all electronic tolling alternative for submission to the army Corps of engineers. Ms. Gregg was against the motion
6. Approval of Proposed Ordinance Amendments and forward to the Second Public Hearing that will be held March 22nd, 2010
The Board approved the Ordinance amendments and forwarded them to the second public hearing scheduled for March 22nd, 2010.
7. Special Event Permit-Leukemia and Lymphoma Society
The Board approved the Special Event Permit for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society that is scheduled for Saturday, October 2nd 2010 at 5:00 PM
8. Discussion of Proposed County Budget
The county has proposed a significant increase in County Tax which will impact York at about 8%. Mr. Yandow will draft a letter on behalf of the Selectmen discussing the Town’s concerns and asking that the County consider a smaller increase in the FY11 budget. Ms. Gregg will attend the meeting on Wednesday of behalf of the Selectmen.
